Jealousy

Jealousy

A Poem by BlueShadow

Jealousy

Strings of particles dance in the air

Stunned by their multicolored nature

They settle into my head, creating emotions

These particles are stunning for their beauty

I love the particles minuscule and small nature

I feel a pant of jealousy

Induced by the particles’ presence

I wonder about the dreams at night

Where do I go, where do I enter

Another dimension? Another world?

Hate, love, compassion, jealousy

Feelings we can only feel,  or understand

Our emotions I liken to beads

Small, minuscule, colorful, and intriguing
