Waves

On the towel besides the beach shore

I bask in the sun’s warmth and love

And enjoy its presence a huge distance away

I love the beach and the white sand next to it

The waves crash over and over again

And amazingly I wonder how they move so beautifully

I love the ocean and the energy and life it has

I adore the ocean’s beautiful appearance

Packing my things, I leave the ocean

I go back to my car and drive back home

Feeling wonderful, I go back to my room

I sleep feeling amazing about the trip
