UnderstandingA Chapter by BlueShadowUnderstanding is the ability to not judge, not memorize, and get down to the root of a problem. For my whole life, understanding school material was something that I very much enjoyed from science to history to math. I loved understanding because rather than just memorizing information like a pig I would try to understand what I was learning so that I could apply what I learned in school for other uses in life. Understanding was an extremely important thing to me because I was able to get to the root and basics of a subject and find out not just what but also why the things were the way they were. Understanding is an extremely important thing for many different areas of life and I believe understanding lets you understand that things are not just about vanity, memorization, and shallow-thinking, but getting down to the basics of a subject. I love understanding rather than judging people because it frees me of anger and resentment. Anger is like an invisible hand which chokes you because it won’t let go and in return you get puffed up with anger. I like to understand rather than judge others because it allows me to feel good about myself and lets me understand that people should be understood so not only you will have peace but they can have peace, too. Understanding is very important to me and is something I am grateful to have. Understanding rather than memorization is the root of many students’ problem at school because rather than knowing why the things are the way they are students’ may also wonder why they’re learning at all. To understand why things are the way they are in history and math just take the time to figure out why things are ordered and named the way they are. Life requires understanding, not just memorization. Understanding lets you apply what you learned in school to your real life. Getting down to the root of a problem requires deep thinking and can be quite difficult for some students. Understanding why a problem exists at all can be challenging especially if you’re not the person who likes to focus on a problem and think about it for a long time. Understanding requires intense focus and not everyone can do that. Try to understand why a problem in your life exists and not just barge your way through. Understanding is a vital and important part of life and lets us understand why there’s a problem in the first place and helps us understand that getting down to the root of a crisis can help us solve the problem faster as well as let us understand new things. Understanding is important for learning, life, and loving others. I hope I showed you why understanding is important. © 2022 BlueShadow |
