In order to become a physically healthier person, one must first have a desire to become more healthy in the first place. Becoming a healthier person is important because it leads to better weight tolerance, increased happiness, and potentially a longer lifespan. Becoming a healthier person is important because if you want to live well and long, you should watch how much you eat and how much you exercise. Becoming a healthier person is challenging yet possible. It just takes time and effort.
The first thing to do when becoming a healthier person is watching what you eat. Most foods that are sold today in the supermarket are cans of unhealthy foods, overly sugary foods, and foods that are not good for you in general. The problem with these foods is that they’re usually on a superficial level good tasting. The key to overcoming this desire for overly tasty foods is remembering how bad they are for you in the end. So remember that and try to keep your hopes up.
The other thing to remember when trying to become healthier is that exercise is of paramount importance. Exercise is very important because it leads to weight loss and many other physical benefits. Watching what you eat can be a challenge but exercise is also a challenge, too.
Becoming a healthier person means giving up on things that you like eating. Just remember to try to eat well and exercise well. Genuine desire is the key.

An unsupportable assertion. Medicine cares not at all what you think. And the term, "unhealthy is subjective.

This is like saying, "Mashed potatoes have no bones." It's true, but so what? And again, you've not defined what "healthier" is. And what in the pluperfect hells is "weight tolerance?" Look it up and all you get are specifications for scale calibration. Remember, your intent makes your words meaningful...to you. But intent doesn't make to to the page. Only context does.
Your entire first paragraph, 83 words, says that there is a relationship between weight and health.
Why does that matter? Because every unnecessary, and redundant word slows the read and dilutes impact.

First, you make the assumption that the reader isn't "eating healthy," according to some undefined standard. And in this you never mention BMI. How can you write on weight without factoring that in?

Nonsense. To be true over 50% of all food sold must be canned food. And that's not even close to true. You just ignored the produce section, the meat section, the dairy section. pasta, and everything that comes in a bottle. Did you verify your facts by giving them a reasonability test? A walk though your own local market would have shown that to be false.
My point? Never confuse personal opinion and desires with fact. Do your research. And always label opinion as opinion. And NEVER forget that the intensity with which we believe something has absolutely nothing to do with that belief being either true or false.
