The Act of Forgiveness

           Forgiving someone takes a lot of risk and difficulty. It often is easier or more pleasurable to injure those who have injured you. Forgiving someone is really challenging because when forgiving someone, you have to remind yourself why you want to forgive someone in the first place. Forgiving someone is extremely important in life because life is full of mean and angry people. To forgive someone means that you understand that they are people too and that they go through difficult times and situations. Forgiveness is an extremely important and amazing thing. Forgiving someone requires lots of courage and guts to do it.

I believe forgiveness is a paradox because when someone hits you, the natural instinct is to hit that person back. Forgiveness overrides our animalistic instincts and tries to create something from injury. Forgiveness is a wonderful thing and is quite counterintuitive if you think about it. Forgiving others requires discipline, self-love, and a generous heart. I think forgiveness is a wonderful and amazing attribute of people. Forgiveness is an extremely important and wonderful thing to experience. I think forgiving others is an extremely rewarding and challenging thing.

In conclusion, forgiving means allowing yourself to let others know how you feel without attacking them back. Forgiveness is a beautiful, wonderful, and amazing thing. I’m so glad there are people who still believe in the power of goodness.
