I sometimes sit here and wonder

Is life a dream or is it real?

The people we meet and the places we go…

In an instant they could disappear

Life is so full of difficult moments

Life is so full of strife and bigotry

I love how people walk bravely

Against the tide of life’s difficulties

People are braver than they think

The world is full of ordinary people soldiers

I love the world and its many ideas

Like a pool of giant thoughts
