Raw vs. Dead WaterA Story by BlueShadowRaw water is water that has been let alone before people drinking it and is very much replete with minerals, electrolytes, and naturally-occurring bacteria. Raw water is something that a lot of people like because the idea of drinking water that is “good” for you is something that has a lot of appeal to people. Raw water is something that a lot of people espouse because it seems like it is really the right choice. Raw water to me is a bit disgusting since a person really doesn’t know what is in the water if it first hasn’t been purified. Dead water, on the other hand, is the traditionally cheap water like Dasani which is the result of purification. Dead water is a wonderful water that tastes good and is clean by government standards. Dead water is a very clean substance and while it may not have electrolytes and minerals, it has no potentially harmful organisms like E. Coli. So comparing and contrasting raw and dead water led me to the conclusion that dead water while being less “alive” than raw water, is a much more safe choice when choosing which water to drink. I think raw water is overpriced and doesn’t lead to any noticeable change in a person’s quality of life. I think dead water is better than raw water based on what I’ve read. © 2022 BlueShadow |
