The Festive Nature of Fall

The Festive Nature of Fall

A Poem by BlueShadow

September is beautiful with the turn to orange

The trees become content with the dimness of the sunlight

I wonder about life’s beautiful cycle of tears

From rain, to snow, to leaves, and beams

The leaves fall with great happiness

I wonder about fall’s presence this year

The nature puts me off my stress and worries

I love the fall and its quiet atmosphere

October comes with a sweet smile

A smile which tells of smoky logs

The logs make us feel like at a fireplace

Stunning for their beauty and amazement

The fall is remarkable for such an atmosphere

Of wonder, love, and intrigue

I love October and its festive nature

Admiring the love it shows and blesses us with

November comes with great heaviness

A sadness it and only it can tell

Winter is starting to approach

Like a train with great sorrow

The fall slowly evaporates

Like smoke from a chimney

I wonder about my life and the seasons

I love fall and its beautiful atmosphere
