Meditation 2

I’m near the beach with my sandals and love feeling the crisp, cool air of the spring and hearing the waves of the ocean crash upon the white sandy beach and enjoy the amazing and lovely feeling that the beach presents to me. I love being near the beach because it gives me quiet and harmony and makes me feel amazing and so good and wonderful at the same time. The beach is exceptionally beautiful with blue crestfallen waves and seagulls paragliding across the aquamarine sky. The beach is wonderful and full of love and makes me feel at once at ease with the world. The beach has grains of sand, soft to the touch and remarkably wonderful for its soothing qualities. The beach is amazing and beautiful and heals me of the stress poured into my being. The beach is beautiful and vast, stretching for miles and miles.
