Homemade Venison

A Story by BlueShadow

Laura Ingalls Wilder portrays a beautiful and picturesque view of pioneer life in the U.S. in the 1800’s. Her books show how pioneers led beautiful, hard, and simple lives where they made their own food, clothing, and housing. I greatly admired her intricate and detailed descriptions of how they made everything they needed. It was very enlightening to see how old-fashioned people lived back then.
