A Critique of Esperanza Rising

A Critique of Esperanza Rising

A Story by BlueShadow

Esperanza Rising is about a wealthy Mexican girl whose father owns a ranch and the turmoil in Mexico which leads them to living in the United States. Esperanza Rising is an amazingly well-written book full of Spanish words and idioms and beautiful in its depiction of the Mexican societal structure. It is a good book for those wanting to know some Spanish, what life is like on a ranch, and its wonderful and beautiful ways. Esperanza Rising is an exceptionally interesting book with lots to offer and teach.
The book teaches a lot about family love, tradition, politics, money, power, and hardship. In the book, Esperanza learns to overcome a lot of the struggles she is born with through hardship and pain, and is remarkable for her growth as a person mentally and physically. The book is remarkably beautiful and has lots of interesting depictions of the characters, scene, and plot. The book touched me in a way that I could only imagine. The book showed how through difficult times, a person grows internally. The book was beautiful and so full of love and kindness.
