An Overview of "The Little House in the Big Woods" Series by Laura Ingalls Wilder

"The Little House in the Big Woods" series, by Laura Ingalls Wilder, is of 9 books centered around an American pioneer family who try to survive the American wilderness in blizzard, summer heat, and other circumstances. I personally enjoyed the books and loved the descriptions of the family making food, clothing, utensils, and other things. The series is a beautifully written and excellent series about how the early European-Americans survived in such a harsh environment and are well written.
