A Newbury Poem

A Newbury Poem

A Chapter by BlueShadow

From the mountaintops the bells ring

As if in uniform they sing and sing

The view from above shows the valley

Of beautiful fields and people rallies

Stunning for love and show

Newbury makes me feel right at home

Wondering where the love of land comes from

I get out my cedar wood guitar and strum

Life is like an endless cycle

Of rebirth, life, death, and repeat

The view of life is in the streets

The shouts of death are quickly stifled
