Rachel the Storyteller

5 kids ages 9-11 were gathered around Rachel on a rug in a school classroom on a Monday afternoon. They were excited to be able to have such a wonderful and fun time being able to learn all about their subjects that day but this hour was even more special since Rachel was about to tell them an hour long story. Rachel told a story about a giant green dragon who flew during the daytime scouring the lands before him looking for gold and silver or platinum. The dragon was on a mission to gather a large amount of precious metals so that the king he served would be happy. Rachel was extremely happy about her life telling stories every day to the kids she taught and was glad that she was making a positive first impression on them and was also glad that her life was full of joy. The green dragon found a million tons of gold and told his king about the finding which the king thought was a remarkable and wonderful discovery. Rachel was happy to have told the kids all about this fictional dragon and the story that it had. Her storytelling time was wonderful and full of merriment. The kids were ecstatic, too.
