The Beautiful RiverA Story by BlueShadow
Sally Hemingsworth sat up awoke from the alarm bell that rang on the desk next to her bed. It was 6 am and it was time to get up from slumber and experience the beautiful outdoors which surrounded her cottage in the dense and uninhabited forest. She leapt to her feet and saw the marvelous and beautiful oak, maple, and sycamore trees and went to the river to see the beautiful waters rush mightily and without pause. The river was so beautiful, teeming with fish and making a splashing sound which reminded Sally of the hum of life all around her. Sally Hemingsworth was a wonderful and amazing visual artist, who loved to paint scenes of untampered nature surrounding her. The river was an amazing reminder of how the river made everything alive, flow with life and create an atmosphere of ebullience and wonder. Sally felt so lucky to be in the forest, happy to be surrounded by the hum of birds, the whisper of deer roaming about, and the sun shining forth. It was a marvelous day.
