Sassafras Jelly Joint

Sassafras Jelly Joint

A Story by BlueShadow

Sassafras Jelly Joint, a marvelous and exquisite place to eat Sassafras Jelly, was a restaurant located off of exit 109 on Highway 5. The locals said the place was extremely delicious to eat and were so happy to be able to eat something so delicious, mouth-watering, and yummy. Sassafras Jelly was the only dish served at the restaurant and was priced at 9 dollars a dish. Sassafras Jelly Joint had 4 cooks, 5 waiters, and 1 cashier. The restaurant was owned and operated by Melanie Strom, and was a great place to eat some delicious Sassafras Jelly.
The cooks got some Sassafras Roots, honey, pectin, and water, and boiled it all together in a pot for a few hours until the jelly was formed. Sassafras Jelly was extremely delicious and was remarkably wonderful to eat in the restaurant. It was wonderful fare, sweet, aromatic, and filling. It was a great treat to eat if you had the time and money, and a few friends.
