           Anxiety is the fear of someone, something, or somewhere that makes a person’s heart race, stomach churn, or head dizzy. Anxiety affects many people in the world and is something that can be tempered down. Anxiety is the feeling we get when we are afraid of something like going to a social event and having no ability to talk to others. Anxiety is the feeling we get when we feel like we can’t please someone well enough. The sickening dread and horrible feeling we get when we fear something unnecessarily is the definition of what anxiety is. Anxiety is something that we feel when we feel overwhelmed by our emotions and reaction to something outside of ourselves. Anxiety is something that can be controlled to an extent, I believe. 

Sometimes, to control my own anxiety, I count in my head slowly and evenly making the situation I’m in less scary and uncontrollable. Anxiety is the panic we feel when we experience something that’s scary. I think, though, if you just try to calm down by even breathing you can make your anxiety less painful. Anxiety is a horrible and dreadful feeling but is something that can be controlled. Anxiety is something that we all face at one time or another, but is something that can be evened out.
