    Stress is the feeling we get when we feel overwhelmed by an upcoming exam, visit to the dentist, bully, or overworking. Stress can have mental, physical, emotional, social, and financial impacts. Stress is something we feel when we feel like our lives our going downhill because of the overwhelming and painful impacts our situation in our lives have. The mental effects of stress include not being able to focus and having a wandering and dizzy mind. Physical effects of stress include overeating, pain, and nausea. The emotional effects of stress include sadness, worry, and fear of something. Stress is something that everyone faces but is something that can be combatted with the right psychiatrist and following his advice. Stress is something that we as people face because we’re not perfect and we’re not built to be able to handle every situation perfectly. 

The way I deal with stress is that I like to breathe, eat well, sleep at the right time, think about good things, and have a friend to talk to. Stress is something that I really think can be overcome if you just try hard to make sure that it doesn’t get the best of you. Stress is a negative feeling which can have many burdensome effects on our lives but is something that is also treatable. Stress is something that our lives give us in many ways but is something that I combat and win over. Stress is bad, but we can overcome it.
