Walt Dauphin

      Walt Dauphin lived in Paris where he got to review the restaurants there and was amazed by all the wonderful eateries in Paris and loved eating escargot, pastries, and cheese. Walt was an amazing and intelligent connoisseur who loved writing reviews of restaurants that he loved, hated, or was obsessed with. Walt Dauphin was an amazingly intelligent person because he had a huge and vast knowledge of so many different wines, cheeses, meats, and pastries. Walt was a very keen reviewer who often paid close attention to details in the food such as the way it was presented, tasted, and felt. Walt was so good at reviewing food because he loved the Parisian lifestyle which made food a priority. He loved life so much and thought it was wonderful to live life to the fullest.
