Free of Worry

Awaking from sleep I feel happy

The nightmare wasn’t really real

My life is back and feels complete

I go downstairs for my breakfast meal

I down my meal and feel wonderful

My life is totally marvelous

Full of joys, hope, and happiness

I feel absolutely delightful

I don’t have anyone to see

Nor do I have anything to buy

I am completely content in my own existence

And feel so wonderful and full of glee
