In my opinion, the ultimate point of math is to make something, like a recipe is for making food. Math is a useful and important set of formulas and numbers used to make things like socks, shirts, iPads, and all other toys and objects. The ultimate point of math is to make something physical, something that takes up space and can fill a room. Math’s ultimate reason for existence is because manufacturing requires it. Math is used to make something and is something that can be utilized to make something wonderful. Math is a wonderful and delightful thing that lets us make so many different tools and contraptions. Math is necessary to make something.
