Dead EndA Poem by SacredRoseI wrote this a long time ago when I was going through some harder timesMy lifes a living hell What should I do? Pain used to be my answer, Death, my second best I've recovered from a dent But what about the rest? I've lost my secet pleasure Red scenes, no more I turn another corner I open another door But what do I see Yet another dead end path Do I dare turn around, Go back from where I came from? No, I stay Continuously moving forward Reaching home at last Yet, that door is locked I'm not wanted there Unable to behold a key Why don't they care? I peer through a window It burns my eyes to see A happy little family But where do I see me? I'm standing outside the window Tears forming on my face I silently pull a trigger Which finally ends my case. © 2008 SacredRoseReviews
