Everyday I've wondered whats happened.

From the days where all loved their neighbors

To where they just want to kill them.

What happened to us?

Why does so much innocent blood,

Run through the sewers of these cities?

Why do we all

Have the black thumb of crime.

A crime we've all committed. 

A crime we're all continuing.

What has happened to us all?

We used to love our children.

But now we just send them away

To mental wards and adoption.

What happened to all these friendships?

The ones where we actually could keep a secret.

What happened to us, Humanity?

Where have we gone so wrong...

This frustration that you feel has to do with a dearth of spirituality in our current society. I feel the same way you do, but there is a solution! I try to write about that in my own poetry. thanks

Here's where we all went wrong: we all decided we didnt need God anymore, so everything went downhill from there. THATS what happened.

Lol that's my view, I dont know if thats yours...

BUT this is a beautiful write. Makes me think about things I've done.
