The Day the World Spoke in AngerA Poem by KATHY SUE SILLSBad weather!![]() Turbulent day turned to horrid darkness As the atmosphere sensed something heartless Monstrous gray clouds angry and insane Overwhelmed sky poured torrential rain Brave sunshine now scared hidden cowardly Mother Nature cried and groaned inwardly Lightning like bright fireworks sizzled and flashed Explosion of thunder rumbled and crashed Southerly buster wind began to howl The world began to look ugly and foul Limbs faltered as trees lost their stability Storm raged on with no visibility Nature's appearance became destructive A tornado roared and was disruptive The world became sick and suicidal Or maybe it has reached homicidal © 2022 KATHY SUE SILLSAuthor's Note
