Where I Walk

Where I Walk

A Poem by Im His Daughter

No matter where I walk you will always be there,
holding my hand as I walk on the beach.
Toes in the sand the waves crashing in,
& you hold my hand from being swept away.

As I walk in the garden we gather flowers as they grow,
holding my hand from being blown away by the wind.
You make my path straight,
clearing our path as we go through life.

You are my rock, my ground I stand upon.
You won't move, your word is strong.
Time can heal all wounds.
Everything will be alright.

Life doesn't promise to be perfect,
but, everything will be alright.
We are the victor, not the victim.
Everything will be alright.

We are here to worship
We are here to bow down
We are here to say, you're our God.

Aww thank you, I appreciate you stopping by to read it. I took the photo this summer at the park in my city. We have a lake in the middle of it. This is the water fall feature on pine island.
