ACROSS

Pain

Today

this evening

of Tuesday

I sit

helplessly

on the bank

of the Nambul

among the endless

swarms of mosquitoes

hanging down

all my legs

keeping my hands

clasped together

on my lap

and I see

a bright

light sending

across

the opposite

side.
