Moments like These

 

Hands shake,

realized the mistake;

forgot her name,

pawn it off as a game,

but to no avail.

My words fail.

so much for wit

and promises kept,

I stutter,

knees melt like butter;

The milk is rotten- take a look.

moments like these; I could fill a book.
