Disappointment

Disappointment

A Poem by Inda

Disappointment

Seven

ways to break even.

Eleven

children

on the street.

An old man’s heart beats

no more.

A w***e

rejects money,

 a bee’s disgusted by honey.

Night and day,

black and gray

and blue.  Red

spots on the bed,

she screams

nightmarish

dreams

she once cherished.

-Disappointment will do

 that to you.
