Yesterday?

 

You bathe in words,

dripping from your lips

to your hips.

Talk of lies,

friends in hiding and forged smiles.

The truth is barefooted,

naked;

vulnerable and cold.

Yesterday you loved me.

 -That was yesterday.

I like the imagery of "naked" truth vs. clothed lies.
Probably could flesh out the idea a little to build up to the ending line.
