What of the words

that won’t strike a chord,

or move a soul?

What of those verses deemed lame?

What of the shame

of all that isn’t bold?

What of those words that remain cold

and distant like the dark face of the moon?

Will you be reading those words anytime soon?

Inda, I really like this. sending something out to be critiqued in such an open forum such as this can be intimidating, especially when it is very personal. the doubt we feel about our own work--you have captured that in such a brief poem i am impressed. Really good write.
