I have to agree, short and pretty darn powerful.. such simple truth... It sure isn't fair, but that's life.. sometimes it is just as painful and full of shame for the one that doesn't care, to see the hurt they have caused in another and sit there and WISH that they COULD care more... and of course the one that does care, just wishes that you could... such is the uneven, seesaw of life.... very well done in this piece.. I really like this.. :)

So few lines, yet such a powerful piece! It's kind of scary how true I can relate to this...or most of your work for that matter. Anyways, I'm a person who's a free spirit and doesn't really care about what people say or do. As for myself, it seems that I don't care much about what happens to me...I don't feel remorse for when I do something bad because I taught myself to never regret anything you do. It scary to see that most everyone around me cares more about me than I seem to...in some ways, I don't understand.

Thanks for your review, it sounds like you need to be alittle more selfish, i had the same issue in my late teens, didnt work out. People generally are selfish so when theh encounter someone selfless they react by taking advantage rather than doing the same or being selfless as well. At least that's what i think.
