Placid Waters

Placid Waters

A Poem by MCS
"

Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished. ~ Lao Tzu

"

Clear and cold, a tranquil expanse

Mystery veiled in silent depths

Mirroring the heavens above

A stillness that beckons the wandering eye

Nature’s quiet gift to those who pause

Here, breath finds ease

A surface untouched, soothing the soul

A sanctuary of calm

From the hustle of daily life

One needs only to dabble in this cache of poetry you so artistically define, to grasp the true nature of writing.
