KISS

this style is called diamante poetry. This style has seven lines each of which have a purpose:
line 1- noun or subject
line 2- 2 adjectives
line 3- 3 -ing words
line 4- 4 words about the subject
line 5- 3 -ing words
line 6- 2 adjectives
line 7- synonym/antonym of subject

most used s the fashion that you write about the first subject till the 3rd word on line four.  Then the second, synonym/antonym is expressed in the second portion.
