Where Inspiration Lies

Where Inspiration Lies

A Poem by JaChel

Where Inspiration Lies…

It lies beneath, deep into my core, waiting to be tickled awake by the dust of those more powerful, more sustaining, more omnipresent than I.

It lies where I lie, even when I can’t think, nor see nor hear - its there. And in the light that shows itself in dearth, and my eyes are open yet closed, bringing Inspiration.

It lies in shimmers of light and love, embracing me with warmth as a faint brush of existence sweeps briskly across my path.

It lies in six colors of brilliant sky stripes, filling my soul with wonder, excitement, and the promise of all that is.

It lies in the horns and the trumpets, a beautiful melody of an unknown composition - soft, yet penetrating.

It lies in dreams of unfamiliar beings; sending messages and releasing answers to earthly existence.

Stir your senses, open to euphoria – see, hear, feel, smell and touch ‘Inspiration’.
