Ivory TemptestA Poem by She comes, when I call her Buttons.A quick poem I through together on a whim of new inspiration.Just one step of many Can't see through the rain as thunder and lightning explode, woe is bane
aqua sting on the cheeks is nothing to miss but worth walking side my side through a wind hungry mist
He gives her his jacket In hope she'll stay warm long enough to get to her car and out of the storm
Both coffined with guilt A sorry breaks lips If only he could lean down and provide a warm kiss
Its seemed like forever since they met at the eyes She said she still loved him and brought down his skies
He loved her too and he wanted her back within the safety of his arms Under light an ivory black
They said their goodbyes Yet no changes would mend he knew that their love was way more than pretend
