Just a thought on the power of money

Pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters and dollars.

Paper ones, fives, thens, twentys and hundreds.

 

All a part of life.

 

Some have it, some have not.

 

It is the most powerful of sources

Causing corruption, war, famine, death.

 

Why does such a small item carry such power over life?

This was written during a dark time in my life, but also at a time that I was fairly involved in politics and say a lot of the corruption it causes.
