 If i'd leave tomorrow
who would even care
no one would feel sorrow
because theres no one there

if i'd leave tomorrow
would i care to see
if anyone would notice
that the dead girl is me

if i'd leave tomorrow
would they shed a tear
or would they live like
i was never here

if i'd leave tomorrow
would i be at peace
or when i died
would life just merely cease

if i'd leave tomorrow
would it stop the pain
or would the hurt just follow
and i would die in vain

if i'd leave tomorrow 
would a smile arrive on my face
or would i just rot in the ground
and stay in this hellish place

I like this. How you use an "epiphora" form, repeatition of word phrase at the end of several clauses. with "if i'd leave tomorrow..." i know i was feeling like not living the beginning of this year, very much so, so I understand your emotions in this piece.
