Feeling Good AloneA Poem by JC
I walk the streets
like a hand caressing curves and marvel at the edges of architectural beauty surrounding me... see me? your energy knocks my footing off and I teeter... you probably thought I was drunk or weak as I stumbled past you you'd be right in both cases... you're beautiful too... so f*****g beautiful... but i'd be lying if i didn't say i felt relief and calm when i was once again alone with the dead static aesthetic of streets and buildings that hold no judgement.
