Slender Man

I wrote this about the urban legend of Slender Man

Slender Man

Come close my children

and listen well

for there is a demon among you

His name is slender man

tall and thin

and he makes plans to harm you

He has no face

He has no emotions

So if you see him in the night

Say a prayer to lord above

for in his arms he'll snatch you

this sets a very mysterious and spooky mood - unsettling. Maybe a different word than "harm" in second stanza, a more powerful or scary one? It works as is, but there's a spot you could "creep it up" even more. ;)
