My Travels In California

In the City of Angels, 

I saw many bright lights. 

A good place to wander,

to get lost in the night.

On the West Coast,

the beaches and bays

relieve me from stress,

and relieve me from pain.

San Francisco,

a strange place to go,

with stores full of chocolate,

and clam chowder served in a sourdough bowl.

I've been around the state,

several sights to see.

I wanna go outside of Cali,

new places for me.

I liked California. I loved the sea and the fault line. I free-climbed the fault line often. Many things to see in California. California was slow to me. Now Texas. A adventure for a young person. I liked your thoughts and the description. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
