I SEE JESUS LAUGHING

always i see jesus laughing,

his head thrown back with joy

smiling with his arms open wide

without artifice, it is not a ploy...

always i see jesus laughing,

his head thrown back with joy

his laughter all pain and sorrow can destroy

allowing everyone in everlasting love to abide..

.always i see jesus laughing,

his head thrown back with joy

smiling with his arms open wide... 

 

always i see jesus laughing,

his head thrown back with joy

smiling with his arms open wide

easily embracing every little girl and boy...

always i see jesus laughing,

his head thrown back with joy

eternal love and life he does deploy,

his laughter rolling outward in an endless tide

always i see jesus laughing,

his head thrown back with joy

smiling with his arms open wide...

I have never entertained in my 65 years of life even one time that I ever thought about Jesus laughing. But, why not. There had to be times when he was not deep in thought or deed and a light-hear ted spirit could be expected.
