Who would take all the cares away,

Take time to notice,

When you deserve better,

Take time to set a plan to action, 

Take charge of your life,

They say it's a choice to love,

Others sat it would never fade away,

Wonderful piece. I think everyone can relate to the feeling of wanting a new start but being scared to fight for it.
Quick note though, In line five I think you meant to say "WHO would take all the cares away."
Instead of WHOM.
Who is used for the subject whereas whom is used for the object.
But other than that i think this is a perfect work of art.
And i can totally relate to the feeling.
