You await that final breath,

Your body as pale as ice,

All strength abandoned.

 

And now it’s your turn

To look over us,

As we did over you,

Only a short time ago,

 

Hear those special words pass our lips

that we never got to say …

“Goodbye, We’ll miss you & We’ll always love you”
