i've been told

my words hold a silence

giving it palpable form

a touch

soft as shivers upon the flesh



i've been told

my words hold a longing

deep as one's oldest memory

a scent

haunting as a missed perfume upon the breeze



i've been told

my words hold a loneliness

felt down to the inner core

a sound

echoing as a lonely call into the cliffs of night



i've been told

my words hold a vision

a sight

sometimes unwelcome to the readers' eyes

as they often reveal their own hidden selves



or so i've been told...



my only response -

a hard-fought whisper

very timid, a little brave,

so quiet as to almost not be made at all

so sweet ,everything here,so perfect..
your words whispered.. could hardly hear,and touch so soft that flesh all shivered
there was a longing , these words deep as far memory and a scent so haunting and much missed
words carried loneliness i ache and feel it deep..there sounds a call amidst a very cold and cruel night
there was a vision in them words..each revealed and told much and much,each told everything
yes you were found and laid out for all to see..so many may tread upon branches just begun to grow..still so weak
