Angry Mom

Angry Mom

A Poem by jessfoundwonder

You make fuss over my lack of presence

But whenever I'm here you seem so distant

I don't like the people and our house is a cage

Let me grow up, you have changed and I've changed

I'm tired of your reasons

They're ridiculous and you're a hypocrite

You tell me to have fun, and I do everything you say you want

So why are you mad and why do think I'm clueless?

I'm a good kid with a big heart

Why can't you see that? Why am I always being yelled at?

I'm sorry I ask simple questions, but you never answer

Why are you so mad and why's your temper shot?
