Twisted

Twisted

A Poem by jessfoundwonder

In case God doesn't find the time to prove what they've infered
I'd love to write a bit of my mental images on paper
I've embraced the world, I'm a twisted girl
And bad choices become habits
I lie too much, I'm so messed up, it's delicate to manage

Funny that I fall somewhere between here and there and over the rainbow
I'm quick to speak and slow to think, maybe someday I'll let you know
But if you kiss me here, I could be yours, at least until the summer sets in
I'll dream of finer things, and I'll spread my wings, and leave everything again

I wont forget when you're with me, I've got a fantastic memory,
And I'll love you best until I leave
But we did what's done, we're two, not one
I'm just a part of a different breed
