Fish curry and shrimp fry!!

It was his birthday 🥳, me and my atthamma decided to cook fish curry and shrimp fry.
He said I want Bhagwra rice too. APpa told I might be late to the party. But it wasn’t a party it’s a dinner tonight in our backyard in candle lights. My sister in law and brother also busy but told will be on time she promised.

Actually he wanted me to help him in office but I do part time office work to take care of mom. I make breakfast for him and he goes to office and then I prepare lunch and take with me and work for 4 hrs and return early to spend time with my atthamma and my daughter and niece.
We made fish curry my atthamma guiding me how to make and spices to be added. I made all dishes and made the dinner arrangements in backyard and we had a beautiful birthday dinner.

My favourite dish is Parsi lentil stew, with bone-in chicken thigh meat - it's great, especially with brown Basmati rice!

I recently tried turkish plain rice but with some tsste, i am trying fo get that recipe. I would mldify your favorite dish of parsi lentil soup with ginger and mint, bone in thigh chicken with same but added pepper and chillli with coating of smoky smell, and turkish style of rice of brown basmati. This will turn out to tasty and healthy and spicy fòod. How it hs sounding will you like this modified dish. ??

I want to just make it tasty as your dishes of taste are not with taste. I am trying to get taste with healthier herbs of ginger mint peppercorn nice ghee and salt.

ghee - clarified butter - yummy... Yes, turkish style is nice too. Chili and ginger are two spices I use, and also cardamom, black pepper, fenugreek, coriander, cinnamon and turmeric.
