A project proposal!!

It was busy day we all four with aPpa sitting in conference room working on a proposal. Me and him are chemical engineers and sister in law and brother are business managers and appa too.
I was proposing a ideal client relationship to maintain for long term, is to cut the cost or bid it for little price more every year. I was thinking if we increase price every year clients may think we are charging more, so I thought we should fix price for 5 yrs and revise a every 3 yrs to start with. No compromise on quality and deadlines. Any client gets impressed with quality and before deadline delivery with best rate, they think they are giving so much quality work it is fine with their price, I feel the human psychology gets satisfied with more. So better we show more and charge for best rate not low not high. Then my brother was saying that is great but we are missing profits for the same work over 5 yrs. Sister-in-law answered to him saying sustainability is more important and returns are reaped with stability and more work to us in other locations as we continue to deliver. Jacob agreed and APpa too and he added let’s approach this strategy with two big clients of public ltd refineries. Then we have to come up with different strategy as it will be a experimental to try on different size of clients to see.

Kudos, APpa agreed on our discussion points and have a green signal to proceed.

It was a little late mom worries and waiting for us at home as kids came home 🏡.
