Restaurant franchise!!

I have seen so many restaurants and franchises. But my idea is unique.
If we divide south and north, we also have two veg and non veg
South doesn’t like rotis north doesn’t eat much rice
All over world out dishes are tasty but I haven’t seen any franchise.
UKs butter chicken and USAs low spice food had manipulated our dishes. But authenticity is not maintained. Thai gourmet for its spicy 🌶️ and Chinese for its noodles Mexican for its tacos never compromised their old authentic taste. So clear we don’t want to compromise our food and it’s authentic style of preparation. So we have Hindu style of preparation from been and Nala and muggy Lau style of cooking. Just we need to follow the recipe and taste.

In north south curries and in south north couldn’t flourish much but chat has. So if we have more non veg in south and veg in north.

Location wise in each city, with multiple options like restaurant of andhra ,Tamil, malayalee. Only these three are different in their style and taste. In north all tastes can be differentiated into Punjabi and gujarati, but gujarati is not fond by many. Punjabi food can be taken to south and south to north.

I am ready with everything but I need him to start with this business proposal.
I know there are multiple restaurants. But where you construct them really matters and country is developing. What unique can be coming with old recipes. Only 100 yrs back recipes which people have forgotten now and doesn’t make them is my formula of food.
Now you see same food in every restaurant but now I don’t want to reveal my recipes.

Once I have atleast 5 laks in hand will start with atthamma’s blessings.
