Don't miss use your authority.

My wife is 7 months pregnant and her company (IT Bangalore) terminated her with knowing her situation. What can we do? Where can we lodge a complaint against her employer?
Me and my wife also had similar situation in April this year wherein my wife got terminated from her job ( IT company- Haryana) when she was 6 months pregnant.

We had complaint to following department n got very good response.

State Labour Commissioner ( Portal n email)
Human Right Commission ( Women Welfare wing)
Prime minister Complaint n grievances portal.
CMO office.
From each dept we got great response and in the last our case was assigned to lady officer in labour department of Haryana.

She done a really god job n settle the case with company as par law and regulations.

We got our compensation defined in rule book.
